Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 has a fairly simple plot, and thankfully it doesn’t beat you over the head with it. Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 feels like a combination of Hitman and Far Cry, and I love it. I get the same satisfaction from games like Hitman, where cleverly planned kills are rewarded. People say it’s a race without fun, but for me it’s a rewarding and intense planning to come out of the shadows. My friends laugh at me because I play Dishonored in stealth, without killing or using abilities. The fact that I can move stealthily across the map is an exciting and strange mystery to me. Given the choice, I always opt for a long-range, camouflaged killer. It’s no secret that I love a good stealth game. If you go into the game expecting a story, you may be disappointed. The story is okay, but is the kind of straightforward and cliché that I’m used to seeing in a lot of FPS games. Sadly, the single player game is pretty boring. Several years ago, I was a huge fan of the first Sniper: Ghost Warrior game, so I was pretty excited for the sequel, which is called Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2. The main goal of the game is to eliminate the terrorist leader. In this sequel, the player assumes the role of Russian sniper Sergei Zimina, who is sent behind enemy lines to assassinate a key leader of a group of terrorists. A trailer for the sequel was shown at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June of the same year. The original game was developed by City Interactive and released on January 31, 2012. Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is the second game in the Ghost Warrior series of first-person shooters.
